Are payments on WeddingWire secure?
Yes. WeddingWire uses Stripe to make sure you get paid quickly and keep your personal information safe and secure. Thousands of companies around the world trust Stripe to process payments for their users.
How do I request payments from my clients?
Start requesting payments from your clients by setting up your free Stripe account through the ‘Payments’ tab in Messages within your WeddingWire account. Once onboarded onto Stripe, you can start requesting and accepting payments from clients by clicking ‘Request new payment’ or directly within your WeddingWire Messages threads.
How long does it take for funds to be deposited into my bank account?
Funds will be deposited into your bank account within 3-5 business days of transferring the funds. To initiate a bank transfer, click 'Transfer to bank' in the 'Payments' tab of your WeddingWire Messages.
Where can I find details about my transaction history?
Details about your transaction history can be found within Messages on WeddingWire. You can also track the status of each payment request within your client Messages threads.
Why do I not have access to this feature within my account?
Currently, all Premium members in the U.S. are able to collect client payments through WeddingWire with the exception of vendors who have addresses or advertise in WA, PA, RI, and US territories. We hope to make this feature more widely available in the future.
