  • Why do I need hotel blocks?

Reserving hotel room blocks is the best way to ensure your guests have a place to stay near your wedding venue. Hotels will often give couples a discount on the room rate, which you can then pass along to your guests. We recommend you book your hotel blocks early before rooms fill up!

  • How early should I start thinking about accommodations?

We recommend thinking about hotel blocks once you've decided where your venue is located. Reasons to think about hotel blocks early include: Availability (you don't want rooms to sell out!) and locking in group hotel discounts.

  • How many rooms should I reserve?

We recommend estimating the total out of town guests attending your wedding and use half that number as a guide for how many rooms to reserve for the wedding. You should also consider the total number of nights you'll need: are guests coming in for the rehearsal dinner or are they coming in the night of your wedding?

  • How do I let my guests know about the hotel block?

We recommend including the information on your wedding websites, save-the-dates, and encourage you to include an accommodations card with your wedding invitation.

  • Is this service really free for engaged couples?

Yes! We're here to help take away some of the stress of wedding planning. We have local market experts who will help you find the best deals for your guests saving you time and money. If the hotel block options we find aren't for you, there is no obligation to book.

  • I'd like to schedule a free hotel blocks consultation without filling out the form - can I do that?

Yes! Schedule a free hotel blocks consultation here.
